Directions

  1. 1Mezcla 250g de harina, un huevo, 50g de azúcar, 50ml de leche, 5g de levadura y 30g de mantequilla.
  2. 2Amasa la mezcla.
  3. 3Deja reposar una hora.
  4. 4Forma los donuts con un molde redondo.
  5. 5Cocina en air fryer a 180°C por 8 minutos hasta que estén dorados y esponjosos.
  6. 6Baña en un glaseado de azúcar glass y leche.
