Directions

  1. 1Peel the apples (optional) and slice them into wedges about 1/2 inch thick.
  2. 2Remove the core and seeds.
  3. 3In a small bowl, mix the cinnamon and sugar.
  4. 4Set aside.
  5. 5Set up a breading station.
  6. 6Dip each apple slice in flour.
  7. 7Then, dip in the beaten eggs.
  8. 8Finally, coat in the panko breadcrumbs.
  9. 9Place in the air fryer basket and cook until golden brown and crispy.

Ingredients

  • 2 large apples (Granny Smith, Honeycrisp, or your favorite variety)
  • 0.5 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs (or regular breadcrumbs)
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 Cooking spray
  • 0.5 cup caramel sauce
  • 0.5 cup vanilla yogurt
