Garlic Butter Steak Bites Mac n Cheese

Directions

  1. 1Cube the ribeye and douse it with cajun seasoning.
  2. 2Set the seasoned ribeye aside.
  3. 3Prepare a heavily seasoned roux for the mac and cheese.
  4. 4Combine milk, heavy cream, freshly shredded cheddar, mozzarella, and Colby Jack.
  5. 5Slowly incorporate the shredded cheese a handful at a time to ensure a smooth mixture.
  6. 6Add macaroni to the cheese mixture.
  7. 7Layer the macaroni and cheese in a baking dish or cast iron pan with the other half of the shredded cheese, some in the middle and some on top.
  8. 8Bake the mac and cheese at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes.
  9. 9Broil the mac and cheese at the end for an amazing crust.
  10. 10Heat a pan on high heat.
  11. 11Cook the steak bites in batches to ensure as much browning as possible.
  12. 12Remove the steak bites from the pan.
  13. 13Add butter and fresh minced garlic to the pan.
  14. 14Once the kitchen smells heavenly, coat the steak bites in the garlic butter.
  15. 15Sprinkle a little parsley over top.
