Take a whole clove of garlic and cut off the top.
Pop the garlic into a piece of tin foil, put a little bit of salt and a little bit of oil on top.
Wrap the garlic up like a parcel and bake it in the oven for about 45 minutes to an hour at about 160 to 180 degrees.
Open up the tin foil and squeeze all the garlic out.
Add softened butter, two types of cheese (Alpine style hard cheese and a block of mozzarella), chopped herbs, a generous pinch of salt, and pepper to the bowl and mash all that together.
Grate some cheese and put a little bit of it into the garlic butter.
Do a cross-hatch method on the white sourdough bread.
Lather up the garlic butter into the bread, pull it apart and stuff it in.
Go in with the cheese and stud the bread.
Put more butter over the top, put the bread onto a tray and foil the top lightly so it doesn't burn.
Cook for about 10 minutes, then take the foil off for the last 10 minutes, and then put a little bit of crust on top.
