22Spread oil-free hummus on the lettuce leaves.
23Slice tomatoes.
24Slice pickles.
25Assemble the burger by placing a lentil patty on a lettuce leaf, then adding tomato slices, pickle slices, another lentil patty, and finishing with ketchup.
26Top with another lettuce leaf to form the bun.
