Place lettuce leaves on a serving plate.

Add fried chicken pieces on top of the lettuce.

Sprinkle chili powder over the fried chicken.

Pour sweet & sour glaze over the chicken.

Add a spoonful of tartar sauce on top of the chicken and lettuce.
