Directions
- 1Combine grass jelly powder with water and bring to a boil in a saucepan.
- 2Pour the mixture into a spherical ice cube mold and set in the freezer until firm.
- 3Simmer brown sugar with water in a pan to create a brown sugar syrup.
- 4Remove the set grass jelly spheres from the mold and place into a glass.
- 5Pour the brewed oolong tea and soy milk over the jelly spheres.
- 6Drizzle with brown sugar syrup and stir to combine.
