Pineapple cake
Directions
- 1Break the eggs into a bowl.
- 2Beat the eggs.
- 3Add sugar to the eggs and beat until well combined.
- 4Add vanilla extract to the mixture.
- 5Add pineapple juice to the mixture.
- 6Sieve flour into the mixture.
- 7Mix the ingredients with an electric mixer.
- 8Add baking powder to the mixture.
- 9Mix the ingredients using a spatula.
- 10Add sweetened canned pineapple pieces to the batter.
- 11Mix well until combined.
- 12Pour the batter into a buttered cake pan.
- 13Place pineapple slices on top of the batter.
- 14Bake at 180° for 40 minutes.
- 15Dust the cake with powdered sugar.
