Directions

  1. 1Take three aspirin-free Alka-Seltzer tablets and mix that with 2 tablespoons of white distilled vinegar.
  2. 2Let that react until the fizzing stops. This creates sodium citrate.
  3. 3Pour your Alka-Seltzer mixture along with your 6 ounces of cheese.
  4. 4Heat it on low, stir and cook until completely melted.
  5. 5Thin that out to your desired consistency with a little bit of water.
  6. 6Serve and enjoy.

Ingredients

  • 3 aspirin-free Alka-Seltzer tablets
  • 2 TBSP white distilled vinegar
  • 6 ounces any cheese you like
  • a little bit water

Tips

  • Don't let it sit too long.
