- 2Let that react until the fizzing stops. This creates sodium citrate.
- 3Pour your Alka-Seltzer mixture along with your 6 ounces of cheese.
- 4Heat it on low, stir and cook until completely melted.
- 5Thin that out to your desired consistency with a little bit of water.
- 6Serve and enjoy.
