Add cubed hash browns to the crock pot.

Add chicken broth.

Add cream of chicken soup.

Add onion powder, garlic powder, seasoning salt, salt, and pepper.

Stir the ingredients together.

Cover and cook on high for 3 hours or low for 6 hours.

Add cheese, heavy cream, and sour cream.

Stir until combined.

Cook for an additional 30-45 minutes.

Top with cheese and bacon and serve.

8 oz sour cream

Tips
Using frozen hash browns eliminates the need for peeling and cutting potatoes.
The soup can be cooked on high for 3 hours or low for 6 hours.
Sour cream or cream cheese can be used.
