Directions

  1. 1Peel and dice potatoes into 2cm cubes.
  2. 2Boil potatoes in salted water until tender.
  3. 3Drain potatoes and spread them on a baking tray with oil.
  4. 4Roast potatoes in the oven until golden brown and crispy.
  5. 5Add diced bacon to the frying pan and cook until crispy.
