Directions

  1. 1Spread pesto over puff pastry sheet.
  2. 2Place mozzarella and pepperoni slices over pesto.
  3. 3Fold puff pastry in half and cut into strips.
  4. 4Roll up each strip and place on wooden skewers to form Christmas tree shapes.
  5. 5Place Christmas trees on a baking sheet and brush with pesto.
  6. 6Bake until golden brown.
  7. 7Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
  8. 8Top with star shaped cheese.

  • 1 sheet puff pastry
  • 4 tablespoons pesto
  • 4 slices mozzarella slices
  • 4 slices pepperoni slices
  • 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
  • 12 star-shaped cheese
