Halloween Pillsbury Sugar Cookie Cheesecake
Directions
- 1Line the bottom of a springform pan with Pillsbury Halloween cookies.
- 2Bake the cookies at 350 degrees for 12 minutes. Bake extra cookies for garnish.
- 3Beat together cream cheese, lemon juice, sugar, and vanilla extract.
- 4Fold in one container of Cool Whip.
- 5Spread the mixture on top of the cooled cookie crust.
- 6Refrigerate the cheesecake for 2 hours.
- 7Top the cheesecake with whipped cream rosettes and extra Pillsbury cookies.
