Carnivore Burgers

Directions

  1. 1Add 1 and a half cups of heavy cream powder to a mixing bowl.
  2. 2Add a tablespoon of baking powder to the bowl.
  3. 3Crack three eggs into the bowl.
  4. 4Gradually mix the ingredients with a fork, then use a hand mixer until it reaches a consistent, smooth texture.
  5. 5Spoon portions of the mixture onto parchment paper in the air fryer, preheated to 320 degrees Fahrenheit.
  6. 6Air fry for six minutes on one side to make the buns.
  7. 7Season one pound of ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
