Directions

  1. 1Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and spray with cooking spray.
  2. 2Cook ground beef, onion, bell peppers, and seasonings until browned.
  3. 3Stir in garlic, cream cheese, and mozzarella until melted and creamy.
  4. 4Let the mixture cool slightly for about 5 to 10 minutes.
  5. 5Divide filling evenly between 9 tortillas and roll into burritos.
  6. 6Optionally, toast the burritos in a skillet for 1-2 minutes per side until golden.

  • 1 Medium Yellow Onion
  • 3 Bell Peppers
  • 2 Tbsp Minced Garlic
  • 8 oz Reduced-Fat Cream Cheese
  • 2 Cups Reduced-Fat Mozzarella Cheese
  • 9 Mission Carb Balance Burrito Tortillas
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1.5 tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 2 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Smoked Paprika

Tips
