Directions
- 1In a bowl, mix sugar, oil, milk.
- 2Sift flour, cocoa, salt, and baking powder into the bowl and whisk until smooth.
- 3Pour the batter into a dish and bake.
- 4Once the cake is baked and cooled, drizzle with chocolate syrup.
- 5In another bowl, mix cream cheese, vanilla, sweetened cream, and condensed milk with a hand mixer until smooth.
- 6Pipe the cream mixture on top of the cake layer.
- 7In a bowl, combine cream and chocolate chips and melt.
- 8Pour the melted chocolate mixture over the cream layer.
- 9Chill the dessert in the refrigerator.
- 10Garnish with crispy chocolate cereal.
- 11Serve chilled.
