Grate the block of Havarti cheese and divide it into two piles.

For the meatballs, combine egg, panko, ranch seasoning, salt, and olive oil with ground chicken and one pile of shredded Havarti.

Mix the meatball ingredients together and roll into small balls.

Bake the meatballs in a cast iron or sheet pan at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for about 25 minutes.

Sprinkle the meatballs with a little more ranch seasoning and olive oil before returning to the oven.

While meatballs bake, make the orzo by starting with olive oil, onion, salt, pepper, orzo, and butter.

Toast the orzo mixture, then add broth.

Cover and cook for 6 minutes.

Add peas, bacon, and milk, then cover for another 3 minutes until al dente.

Add the remaining Castello Havarti cheese to the orzo and fold it in.

Add hot honey over the meatballs.

2 tbsp hot honey
1 pinch flaky salt
2 tbsp olive oil
0.5 sweet onion, finely chopped
1.5 cup uncooked orzo
1 tbsp salted butter
3 cups chicken or veg broth
0.5 cup cooked bacon crumbles
1 cup peas
1 cup milk
1 cup Castello Creamy Havarti Cheese, shredded
