Jalapeño Sausage Cheese Dip

Directions

  1. 1Cut the bacon into small chunks.
  2. 2Add the bacon to a pan and cook it until it's crispy.
  3. 3Dice up some jalapeños and red bell peppers.
  4. 4Set the crispy bacon aside.
  5. 5Add the peppers to the pan and cook for about 5 minutes.
  6. 6Add two blocks of cream cheese into a bowl.
  7. 7Season the cream cheese with Dan-O's Original Seasoning.
  8. 8Add the cooked peppers and crispy bacon to the bowl with the cream cheese.
  9. 9Mix it all up together.
  10. 10Cook one pound of sausage in the same pan.
  11. 11Add the cheese mix to a 13x9 baking dish.
  12. 12Once the sausage is cooked, add it on top of the cheese mix.
  13. 13Top it with 2 cups of Mexican-style cheese.
  14. 14Slice some jalapeños and dice up a tomato.
  15. 15Add the diced tomato on top of the cheese.
  16. 16Finish it with your sliced jalapeños.
  17. 17Put it into a 400-degree oven for 25 minutes.
  18. 18Top it off with a little bit of crema.
