Jalapeño Sausage Cheese Dip
Directions
- 1Cut the bacon into small chunks.
- 2Add the bacon to a pan and cook it until it's crispy.
- 3Dice up some jalapeños and red bell peppers.
- 4Set the crispy bacon aside.
- 5Add the peppers to the pan and cook for about 5 minutes.
- 6Add two blocks of cream cheese into a bowl.
- 7Season the cream cheese with Dan-O's Original Seasoning.
- 8Add the cooked peppers and crispy bacon to the bowl with the cream cheese.
- 9Mix it all up together.
- 10Cook one pound of sausage in the same pan.
- 11Add the cheese mix to a 13x9 baking dish.
- 12Once the sausage is cooked, add it on top of the cheese mix.
- 13Top it with 2 cups of Mexican-style cheese.
- 14Slice some jalapeños and dice up a tomato.
- 15Add the diced tomato on top of the cheese.
- 16Finish it with your sliced jalapeños.
- 17Put it into a 400-degree oven for 25 minutes.
- 18Top it off with a little bit of crema.
