Directions

  1. 1Spiralize the potato using a spiralizer.
  2. 2Coat the spiralized potato with the flamin' hot Cheetos dust.
  3. 3Whisk the eggs in a bowl.
  4. 4Dip the spiralized potato in the whisked eggs.
  5. 5Fry the egg-coated potato in hot oil until golden brown.
  6. 6Remove the potato from the oil and let it cool.
  7. 7Drizzle mayonnaise over the potato.
  8. 8Sprinkle with shredded cheese and paprika.
