1Cook your pasta according to the instructions on the box and then set aside for later use.
2In a large pot or Dutch oven on medium heat, melt your butter and cook your garlic until fragrant.
3Add your cleaned, peeled, raw shrimp and top with salt, pepper, and Cajun seasoning.
4Cook your shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink, and do not overcook.
5Once cooked, remove the shrimp from the pan and set aside for later use.
6In the same pan, add one more tablespoon of butter, one more tablespoon of garlic, heavy cream, and tomatoes. Let that simmer on medium heat until it starts to slightly condense (2-3 minutes).
7Add your pasta, shrimp, and top with Parmesan cheese and parsley, then combine.
