1Cut the Angus beef chuck flat into bite-sized pieces. Season the beef with salt and pepper.
2Add minced garlic, soy sauce, chinese cooking wine, baking soda and a drizzle of oil to the beef. Mix all ingredients together and set aside for 10 minutes.
3Thinly slice some garlic. Add oil & sliced garlic to a frying pan. Fry the garlic for 2-3 minutes until crispy and golden brown. Remove the fried garlic and set it aside.
4Add the marinated beef to the same pan. Let the beef set for about 1 minute. Sauté the beef on high heat for another 2-3 minutes.
5Add the fried garlic back into the pan with the beef with the butter.
