1Mix together honey, hot sauce and chilli flakes in a bowl.
2Season the chicken mince with garlic granules, onion granules and smoked paprika. Split into four equal balls.
3Transfer the balls to a hot pan. Cover with baking paper. Flatten the chicken balls into patties using a spatula or burger press. Fry for 8 minutes, flipping halfway through.
4Drizzle half of the hot honey over the patties, flip and cook for a further minute before topping two with cheese slices. Place the other patty on top and leave in the pan off heat to melt.
5Toast the brioche buns.
6Top with lettuce, chicken patties, ranch sauce and remaining hot honey.
