1Preheat oven to 200° C /400 degrees F and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
2Cook your broccoli florets in boiling water until soft.
3Unroll the puff pastry, and evenly spread the cream cheese, covering edge to edge of the pastry.
4Then sprinkle with the broccoli florets and the grated cheese.
5Roll up the pastry into a sausage and using a sharp knife slice the roll into 1.5 cm thick slices.
6Lay each piece on the prepared baking tray.
7Bake at 200°C for 20-25 minutes, until puffed up, crisp and golden.
8Remove from the oven and leave to cool slightly before serving.

Store in the fridge in an airtight container for a couple of days, or freeze for up to 2 months.
To reheat, preheat your oven to 180°C / 350°F. Place the frozen pinwheels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 15-20 minutes, until they are heated through.
