Directions
- 1Grab a pack of bacon and a pack of little smokies.
- 2Cut the slab of bacon into thirds.
- 3Wrap up each of the little sausages real tight with a piece of bacon.
- 4Place the wrapped sausages onto a sheet pan.
- 5Top with your favorite barbecue seasoning.
- 6Add as many red pepper flakes as you can handle.
- 7Sprinkle with some brown sugar.
- 8Drizzle with Mike's Hot Honey.
- 9Place the sheet pan into a 375-degree oven or smoker.
- 10Cook for about 40 minutes.
- 11When they come out, just drizzle a little bit more hot honey over the top.
- 12Grab a toothpick for a wick.
