Directions
- 1Melt a stick of butter in a pan.
- 2Add in 3 stalks of celery, 1 small onion, and 2 small bell peppers and let it get tender.
- 3Cook 16 oz of angel hair pasta according to package directions.
- 4Add in 1 can of cream of chicken soup, 1 can of cream of mushroom soup, and 1 can of Rotel.
- 5Add in 0.5 block of Velveeta and stir until melted.
- 6Add in cooked chicken and mix.
- 7Add the sauce to the cooked noodles and mix well.
