1In a bowl add warmed milk, instant yeast, and sugar. Mix and leave for 10 min or until bloomed.
2In a stand mixer bowl or mixing bowl add 2 cups all purpose flour, sugar, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, Parmesan cheese, and parsley. Mix well to combine.
3Add in softened butter, egg, yeast mixture, and honey. Mix with a dough attachment hook or by a spoon for 2-3 minutes until combined.
4Add in the rest of the flour and knead the dough for 8-10 minutes until a smooth dough ball forms.
5Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and leave it in a warm place for 1 hour or until it doubles in size.
6In a bowl, add softened butter, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, onion powder, parsley, and red chili flakes. Mix well.
7Once the dough doubles in size, roll it out into a rectangular shape.
8Spread the garlic butter filling evenly on top.
9Sprinkle mozzarella cheese all over.
10Roll it out into a long log.
11Cut 10-12 equal size rolls with a knife or thread.
12Take a baking dish and glaze it with some butter.
13Place the rolls on top, cover, and leave them in a warm spot for 30 minutes to proof again.
14Brush the rolls with egg wash, sprinkle some more Parmesan cheese on top.
15Preheat oven to 350 F and Bake for 28-30 minutes until golden brown.
16Brush rolls with garlic butter glaze & serve warm.
