Panna Cotta

Directions

  1. 1Mix cold milk and unflavored gelatin powder in a bowl, then heat over low heat until warm.
  2. 2Add heavy cream, sugar substitute, and vanilla, and heat over low heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves.
  3. 3Whisk sour cream in a separate bowl until smooth, then gradually add the warm cream mixture while whisking to prevent lumps.
  4. 4Pour the mixture into serving dishes and refrigerate for 6 hours or overnight.
  5. 5Wash and dry four types of berries.
  6. 6In a saucepan, combine some of the berries with sugar substitute and lemon juice, and heat over low heat until the sugar dissolves.
  7. 7Mash the berries slightly, then add the remaining berries and stir gently.
  8. 8Let the sauce cool, then pour it over the panna cotta and refrigerate overnight.
  9. 9Garnish with mint before serving.
