Hot Dog Focaccia
Directions
- 1Mix flour, water, yeast and olive oil.
- 2Add relish and more flour if needed.
- 3Place the dough in a baking sheet with olive oil, cover, and let rise.
- 4Spiralize the hot dogs.
- 5Once the dough has risen, make dimples and tuck the hot dogs in.
- 6Add chopped onions on top of hot dogs.
- 7Bake at high temperature for approximately 20 minutes.
- 8Cut the focaccia into portions separating the hot dogs.
- 9Add mustard, pickles and jalapenos and enjoy!
