Homemade Lasagna

Directions

  1. 1Create a well in the center of the flour, then crack in the eggs and egg yolks.
  2. 2Add salt and granulated sugar.
  3. 3Beat the eggs with a fork.
  4. 4Gradually incorporate the flour into the egg mixture.
  5. 5Add olive oil to the dough mixture.
  6. 6Knead the dough until smooth and elastic.
  7. 7Let the dough rest.
  8. 8In a large saucepan, add olive oil and butter.
  9. 9Add chopped onions and fry until soft.
  10. 10Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking up the meat with a spoon.
  11. 11Add tomato paste and tomato sauce, then season with salt and pepper.

  22. 22Top with mozzarella cheese.
  23. 23Bake in a preheated oven at 375F, covered with foil for 30 minutes, then uncovered for another 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
  24. 24Remove from oven and let rest for 15 minutes, then slice.
  25. 25Serve hot on a plate with an additional spoonful of meat sauce.
