Remove the membrane from the ribs and dry them off really well with paper towels.

Add a dry rub to both sides of the ribs, including salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, and mustard powder.

Use about half a bottle of your favorite barbecue sauce and brush it on both sides of the ribs.

Add the ribs to the crockpot, fitting them around the sides or on the bottom but not on top of each other.

Cook on low for about seven hours.

Add more barbecue sauce to the ribs and place them on a foil-lined sheet pan.

Broil for three to five minutes to caramelize the barbecue sauce.

0.5 bottle Sweet Baby Ray's Barbecue Sauce
