Add 1 1/2 cups of milk, 2 boxes of Jiffy cornbread mix, 2 eggs, hot sauce, mustard, and pepper to a bowl.

Add one can of corn to the mixture.

Add one pack of sliced and fried hot dogs to the mixture.

Add about three-quarters of an 8 oz package of sharp cheddar cheese to the mixture, reserving some for the top.

Mix all the ingredients together.

Add some green onions to the mixture.

Spray down a 9x13 dish.

Pour the mixture into the prepared dish.

Throw the rest of the cheese over the top of the mixture.

Cook the casserole uncovered in a preheated 400-degree oven for about half an hour until it's nice and golden brown.

Tips
You can skip the can of corn if desired.
Feel free to add green chilies or diced tomatoes for variation.
Keep some cheese aside to put on top of the casserole.
