Corn Dog Casserole
Directions
- 1Add 1 1/2 cups of milk, 2 boxes of Jiffy cornbread mix, 2 eggs, hot sauce, mustard, and pepper to a bowl.
- 2Add one can of corn to the mixture.
- 3Add one pack of sliced and fried hot dogs to the mixture.
- 4Add about three-quarters of an 8 oz package of sharp cheddar cheese to the mixture, reserving some for the top.
- 5Mix all the ingredients together.
- 6Add some green onions to the mixture.
- 7Spray down a 9x13 dish.
- 8Pour the mixture into the prepared dish.
- 9Throw the rest of the cheese over the top of the mixture.
- 10Cook the casserole uncovered in a preheated 400-degree oven for about half an hour until it's nice and golden brown.

Tips
- You can skip the can of corn if desired.
- Feel free to add green chilies or diced tomatoes for variation.
- Keep some cheese aside to put on top of the casserole.
