Directions
1
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
2
Add two pints of washed blueberries into an 8x8 pan.
3
Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour over the blueberries.
4
Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of sugar over the blueberries.
5
Add a pinch of salt to the blueberries.
6
Squeeze approximately 1 tablespoon of lemon juice over the blueberries.
7
Mix the blueberry base until all blueberries have a nice shiny coating.
8
For the topping, combine 3/4 cup of all-purpose flour in a mixing bowl.
9
Add 3/4 cup of old-fashioned oats to the bowl.
10
Add 1/4 cup of brown sugar and 1/4 cup of regular sugar to the bowl.
11
Add one full stick of melted butter to the bowl with the dry ingredients.
12
Mix the topping ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
13
Use your hands to break up the sugar and work it into the crumb mixture.
14
Sprinkle the crumb topping evenly over the blueberry base in the pan.
15
Add a little pinch of salt on top of the crumb topping before baking.
16
Place the pan in the center rack of the preheated oven for 25 to 35 minutes.

Serve the blueberry crumble on a plate.
20
Top with homemade whipped cream.

Tips
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit before starting.
Wash blueberries thoroughly before use.
For the blueberry base, if the mixture is not wet enough after mixing, add a little more lemon juice or water until every blueberry is coated.
For homemade whipped cream, it's just cream and powdered sugar, then whisk until desired consistency.
