Directions

  1. 1To start, you need three liquid chickens in a bowl.
  2. 2Next, you need two-thirds a cup of milk.
  3. 3Add two-thirds cup of flour.
  4. 4Add one tablespoon of sugar.

  6. 6Add one teaspoon of vanilla extract.
  7. 7Add a fourth a teaspoon of salt.
  8. 8Mix this up on high until it's nice and bubbly and all mixed together.
  9. 9Set the bubbly batter aside.
  10. 10Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.
  11. 11Take a nine-inch round cast iron skillet or an oven safe pan, and put one tablespoon of salted butter in there.
  12. 12Melt the butter in the skillet.
  13. 13Once the butter's all melty, add in three-fourths a cup of fresh blueberries.
  14. 14Add in one tablespoon of sugar.
  15. 15Add one teaspoon of lemon juice.
  16. 16Cook the blueberries for about five minutes on medium heat, crushing them as you go.
  17. 17Take the skillet off the heat.
  18. 18Add in the batter over the blueberries, do not mix.
  19. 19Put this in the oven at 450 degrees for about 15 to 18 minutes.
  20. 20Top with powdered sugar.
