Directions
- 1Start by juicing 200ml of fresh Meyer lemons.
- 2Add 200 ml of ginger honey syrup.
- 3Add 400 ml of 100 proof rye whiskey.
- 4Add 1-2 oz of Allspice Dram.
- 5Add 200 ml of whole milk to the mixture.
- 6Pour the mixture through a mesh strainer and coffee filter.
- 7Let it sit for a few minutes to filter, then strain it again if necessary.
- 8Pour into a resealable container.
- 9Chill it and serve over ice.
- 10Add a float of red wine on top.
