1In a large skillet, brown 2 pounds of ground beef with 1 onion, 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce, and season with garlic powder, pepper, and salt.
2Once browned, drain the excess grease using a paper towel.
3Add 1 jar of your favorite spaghetti sauce and 1 tablespoon of water.
4Allow this to simmer until thickened while cooking the noodles.
5In a large pot, melt 1 stick of butter.
6Add 1 pint of heavy whipping cream, 1 tablespoon of garlic powder, 1 tablespoon of pepper, and 1 tablespoon of salt to the pot.
7Add 1 pound of cooked pasta (al dente) and 1 cup of parmesan cheese.
8Stir until parmesan cheese is melted.
9Add 1 cup of fresh spinach.
10Turn the heat off and add the meat sauce on top.
