Directions
- 1Add a wheel of Brie cheese to the center of a baking dish.
- 2Score the cheese in a diamond pattern.
- 3Slice the peach into small, even pieces.
- 4Surround the cheese with diced peaches.
- 5Squeeze 1/2 lemon over the peaches.
- 6Add 1/2 cup of brown sugar on top.
- 7Drizzle honey on top.
- 8Bake at 350° for about 20-25 minutes or until the Brie has completely melted and the peaches have started to caramelize.
- 9Serve with buttery toasted bread.
