Directions

  1. 1In a bowl add in cocoa butter, icing sugar, milk powder, vanilla and salt.
  2. 2Transfer this to a blender and blend until super smooth.
  3. 3Pipe droplets or buttons on a baking mat.
  4. 4Refrigerate until set.

Ingredients

  • 90 g cocoa butter / coconut oil
  • 40 g icing sugar
  • 35 g full-fat milk powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 0.25 tsp vanilla extract

Tips

  • Do not overheat the cocoa butter or coconut oil when melting.
  • Store in the refrigerator or freezer in an airtight container.
