1Coloque los filetes en una bolsa ziplock de 1 galón.
2Para la marinada use un bowl grande y mezcle el jugo de limón, el jugo de naranja, salsa soya, cilantro, sal, cebolla, ajo, comino, jalapeño, oregano, aceite vegetal y la cerveza.
3Vierta la marinada sobre la carne y cierre la bolsa tratando de sacar la mayor cantidad de aire posible.
4Masajee la carne con la marinada una vez dentro de la bolsa.
5Deje marinando dentro del refrigerador durante 1 a 2 horas.
6Encienda la parrilla media hora antes.
7Si es una parrilla a gas, ajuste el fuego a medio alto.
8For a charcoal grill, let the coals burn until they are gray ash and still quite hot.

10Remove the steak from the fridge and scrape off any large pieces of the marinade.
11Once the grill is ready, place the meat on the hottest part and sear until dark marks start to appear underneath.
12Flip and sear until dark marks appear on the other side.
13This should take 1 to 2 minutes per side.
14Once both sides of the meat have a good sear, move it to a cooler part of the grill and flip every minute until you reach your desired doneness.
15The amount of time depends on the thickness of the steak, so I recommend using an instant read thermometer.
16Chop the meat into small pieces.
17Warm the corn tortillas on the grill.
18Assemble the tacos with the meat, cilantro, onion, salsa and a squeeze of lime.

1 Juice of orange
1 tbsp soy sauce
0.5 cup cilantro, chopped
2 tsp salt
0.5 white onion, thinly sliced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp cumin
1 jalapeño, chopped
1 tsp oregano
0.33 cup vegetable oil
0.25 cup dark beer (I typically use Modelo® Negra)
