Directions

  1. 1Place the butter and oil of choice in a mixing bowl.
  2. 2Mix with the kitchenaid mixer.
  3. 3Scrape the sides of the bowl and mix again.
  4. 4Add salt.
  5. 5Mix until smooth.
  6. 6Pour into a 2 cup container.
  7. 7Place in the fridge overnight.
  8. 8Spread on a bagel.

Ingredients

  • 2 sticks butter
  • 0.75 cup oil of choice
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
