  7. 7Attach the bowl to a KitchenAid stand mixer and mix at speed 2 for about 10 minutes until the dough starts pulling off the edges of the bowl.
  8. 8Form the dough into individual dough balls.
  9. 9Cover the dough balls with plastic wrap and let them rise for about 30 minutes.
