Directions

  1. 1Mash up 2 salted eggs in oil.
  2. 2Scramble the mashed eggs.
  3. 3Add 1 cup of shredded imitation crab meat.
  4. 4Add 400g tofu and 500ml water.
  5. 5Cover and cook for 3 minutes.
  6. 6Add cornstarch slurry to thicken.
  7. 7Garnish with scallion.
  8. 8Serve with rice.
