Pour two boxes of cooked Kraft Macaroni & Cheese into a baking dish.

Add one packet of original taco seasoning mix on top of the macaroni and cheese.

Add one pound of cooked ground beef to the dish.

Add one can of mostly drained Ro-Tel diced tomatoes & green chilies.

Mix all ingredients well to incorporate everything.

Top the mixture with a layer of Colby Jack cheese.

Garnish with a little bit of green onion.

Bake in the oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Serve and add a dollop of sour cream on top if desired.

Tips
You can use any mac and cheese you like.
You can use mild or spicy taco seasoning.
Cook ground beef in bulk and freeze it for quick meals.
You can also cook this on the stovetop by mixing all ingredients in a pot.
You can use any kind of cheese you'd like.
