In a large bowl, combine the rotisserie chicken, softened cream cheese, most of the crumbled bacon, ranch seasoning, and 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese.
Take a spoonful of the chicken mixture and place it inside a flattened crescent roll dough triangle, then roll it up.
Place all rolled crescent rolls into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
In a saucepan, combine cream of chicken soup, cream of celery soup, milk, and 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese. Heat over the stove until the cheese is melted and the mixture is combined.
Pour the sauce over the crescent rolls in the baking dish, ensuring it gets into the crevices.
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Remove from the oven, sprinkle the reserved bacon over the top, and serve.
