Nutella Stuffed M&M Cookies
Directions
- 1On a parchment-lined sheet, make 9 dollops of Nutella and freeze for 1 hour.
- 2Cream the butter and sugars together in a large bowl.
- 3Add eggs and vanilla extract into the same bowl and mix.
- 4Add the dry ingredients, chocolate chips, and M&M's into the bowl with the wet ingredients.
- 5Mix until well combined.
- 6Scoop out portions of the cookie dough.
- 7Flatten each dough ball to prepare for stuffing.
- 8Place a frozen Nutella dollop in the center of each flattened cookie dough portion.
- 9Carefully close the cookie dough around the Nutella, ensuring it's fully enclosed.
- 10Roll the stuffed cookie dough in mini M&M's to coat the outside.
- 11Place the prepared cookies on a baking sheet, leaving room for them to spread.
- 12Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and bake the cookies for 13-15 minutes.

- 3 cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 0.5 teaspoon baking powder
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
- 1.5 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup mini M&Ms
- Nutella

Tips
- Give them room to spread while baking. You can fix the shape of the cookie by swirling something circular around the cookie while they re still hot.
- Once out of the oven leave the cookies on the baking sheet for 20 minutes. The may look underbaked but they will set up delicious!
