Easy 2-Ingredient Cookies
Directions
- 1Add one whole container of Cool Whip to a bowl.
- 2Dump one whole box of strawberry cake mix into the bowl with the Cool Whip.
- 3Mix the Cool Whip and strawberry cake mix together.
- 4Scoop out a chunk of the mixture and roll it into a ball.
- 5Roll the cookie dough ball in powdered sugar.
- 6Place the rolled cookie dough onto a baking sheet.
- 7For lemon cookies, add another container of Cool Whip to a bowl.
- 8Add one box of lemon cake mix to the Cool Whip.
- 9Mix the Cool Whip and lemon cake mix together.
- 10Add one egg to the lemon cookie mixture and mix.
- 11Scoop out a chunk of the lemon mixture, roll it into a ball, and roll it in powdered sugar.
- 12Place the lemon cookie dough onto a baking sheet.
- 13Bake the cookies in the oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes.
