Chicken Parmesan Sliders

Directions

  1. 1Hollow out garlic bread using a spoon.
  2. 2Bake Texas toast at 400 degrees for 6 minutes, or until crispy.
  3. 3Mix panko, Parmesan, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  4. 4Dip chicken into egg, let it drip, then cover in panko mix.
  5. 5Slice the crispy chicken cutlets into bite-size strips.
  6. 6Stuff the chicken cutlets into the hollowed-out garlic bread.
  7. 7Top each piece of stuffed garlic bread with a spoonful of pasta sauce.
  8. 8Place a slice of mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce.
  9. 9Top with Italian seasoning.
  10. 10Bake the sliders at 350 degrees for 5 minutes, or until the cheese has melted.
