Chicken Bacon Ranch Dip

Directions

  1. 1Finely dice the yellow onion and green onions.
  2. 2Shred cheddar, colby jack, and mozzarella cheese.
  3. 3Remove bones, skin, and cartilage from rotisserie chicken and chop into bite-sized pieces.
  4. 4Chop bacon into small pieces.
  5. 5Cook bacon in a large skillet until crispy, reserving about 2 tablespoons of bacon grease.
  6. 6Sauté diced onions and garlic in reserved bacon grease until tender.
  7. 7Add chicken to the skillet and cook until heated through.
  8. 8Add sour cream and cream cheese, stirring until melted.
  9. 9Stir in bacon and seasoning.
  10. 10Add shredded cheese and mix well.
  11. 11Pour mixture into a casserole dish and bake at 350°F for 35 minutes.
  12. 12Make garlic butter by mixing melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, and garlic pepper seasoning in a small bowl.
  13. 13Toss baguette slices in garlic butter and bake alongside the dip for the last 35 minutes.
  14. 14Let the dip cool for 15 minutes before serving, garnishing with parsley.
