Directions
- 1Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs.
- 2Transfer the crushed Oreo cookies to a bowl.
- 3Add melted butter to the crushed Oreo cookies and mix well.
- 4Press the cookie mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
- 5In a bowl, combine cream cheese and vanilla bean paste.
- 6Add eggs to the cream cheese mixture, one at a time, mixing until just combined after each addition.
- 7Pour the cream cheese filling over the Oreo crust in the springform pan.
- 8Bake the cheesecake.
- 9Once baked and cooled, pour a layer of chocolate spread over the top of the cheesecake.
- 10Chill the cheesecake until set.
- 11Slice and serve the cheesecake.
