Directions
- 1Cream the cold unsalted butter in a stand mixer or with a hand mixer.
- 2Add both sugars and cream again until combined.
- 3Mix in the eggs, vanilla, and for an extra pop of flavor, some cake batter extract.
- 4Once the wet ingredients are relatively smooth, mix in the dry ingredients and part of the flour.
- 5Keep mixing the flour in little by little until your dough comes together.
- 6Finally, fold in your rainbow sprinkles and white chocolate chips.
- 7Scoop out 5.5 oz cookie dough balls.
- 8Place the cookie dough balls on the professional chef quality, diamond texture, non-stick baking sheets.
- 9Bake the cookies at 375 degrees for 11 minutes.

- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 cup sprinkles

Tips
