Add meatballs, onion, soup, soup mix, and Worcestershire to crockpot.

Cook on low 2–3 hours or high for 1-1.5 hours until rich and glossy.

Turn off heat and add cheese on top of your meatballs.

Close the lid and let sit for 10-15 minutes so the cheese gets melty.

1 bag frozen meatballs
1 can French onion soup
1 packet French onion soup mix
1 small yellow onion, thinly sliced
1 tsp Worcestershire
0.5 cup Gruyère & Swiss cheese - shredded
Fresh thyme

Tips
The hardest part is chopping the onion.
Can be served as an appetizer with caramelized onion butter crostini or over mashed potatoes.
Turn off heat and add cheese on top of your meatballs. Close the lid and let sit for 10-15 minutes so the cheese gets melty.
